Your client stays your client
When a designer brings the project, we build only. We never offer design to your client, and we never approach them for future work without you.
The design is final
No substitution, dimension or detail changes on site without your written approval. If something in the field needs a decision, it comes to you first.
A fixed price, in writing
We price your drawings and selections as specified, then hold that number. Committed dates, so you can plan installs and reveals with confidence.
One project lead, weekly reporting
A single point of contact from first walk-through to final punch list, and a photo report every week to you and your client.
Changes are signed, never assumed
Every change goes through a written change order. You see it before your client does, so the budget conversation stays in your hands.
The paperwork is ours
Permits, inspections and trade coordination are handled by Bager. Licensed, insured, and backed by a written workmanship warranty.

Share the drawings, finish schedule and selections. We walk the home with you before we price anything.

Price it as drawn
A fixed written price that follows your specifications line by line, with any open questions flagged back to you.

Build with you in the loop
Site access whenever you need it, a weekly photo report, and your approval on anything that touches the design.

Reveal it together
A shared final walk-through and punch list. Finished photography is shared for both portfolios, with your studio credited.
