A West University Place townhome reimagined with a London townhouse sensibility. Bager laid hardwood through the main level, remodeled the kitchen, rebuilt both staircases, ran new baseboards and crown molding throughout, and repainted the entire home. New bedroom carpet, a full-marble primary bath, and a new HVAC system complete a tailored, UK-inspired interior — timeless and built to last.

A full design and remodel of a Fulshear home, reworked across the entire first floor. Bager replaced the original 12x12 travertine with dark espresso hardwood, opened the kitchen by removing a wall and setting a reinforced steel-and-wood beam — running new water lines and drainage to the new island — and completely redesigned the staircase. A dramatic new fireplace facade with a gold-and-charcoal accent wall anchors the two-story living room, echoed by a board-and-batten accent wall in the dining room. New baseboards and trim run throughout; every wall and ceiling was repainted after full sheetrock repair; and new carpet was laid in the second-floor foyer and two bedrooms.

For a Spanish-style home in Hunters Creek Village, Bager handled two scopes to one standard. Outside, we repaired the exterior stucco and repainted the facade in two tones. Inside, we fully remodeled a bathroom — stripping the dated wallpaper, vanity, mirror and tub, and converting the tub into a walk-in shower — finished in a modern-classic style with new flooring, a new vanity, updated fixtures, and reworked plumbing and electrical.
