Terms of Service

Effective October 6, 2026

These terms apply when you use bager.us, contact Bager LLC (“Bager”, “we”, “us”), register as a trade partner or interact with the content we publish on our social media accounts. By using the site you agree to them. We wrote them in plain language, the same way we write our proposals. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Who we are

Bager LLC is a residential design and build studio in Houston, Texas, serving homeowners across the Greater Houston area since 2021.

Information on this site

The photos, project descriptions, service pages, guides and tips on bager.us and on our social media are general information to help you plan. They are not a quote, an offer or professional advice for your specific home. Every home is different: prices, timelines, materials and permit needs are confirmed only after we visit, review the scope and put it in writing.

Proposals and projects

  • A consultation or a conversation does not create a contract. Work begins only under a written proposal or contract signed by you and by Bager.
  • That signed agreement — including its scope, price, payment schedule, change-order process and warranty — governs the project. If it conflicts with these terms, the signed agreement controls.
  • Any change to the scope is agreed in writing before the work is done.

Contacting us and our replies

When you send our contact form, call, text or email us, you agree that we may reply by phone, text message or email about your request or project. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time, by replying to a message or by writing to info@bager.us. Please give us accurate information so we can help you.

Trade partners

Registering on our trade partner page does not guarantee work. Each trade partner is reviewed, and any work is done only under Bager’s signed subcontractor agreement, which governs that relationship.

Financing

Financing offered through our partner Synchrony is provided by Synchrony, not by Bager, and is subject to their application, credit approval and terms.

Social media and connected tools

Bager publishes its own content to its own business accounts — for example Instagram, Facebook, Threads, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn and Google — through Studio Desk, our internal platform, using each platform’s official tools and only with our authorization.

  • We post only Bager’s own original content, to Bager’s own accounts.
  • We follow the terms and community guidelines of each platform, and your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms.
  • When you comment on or message our accounts, we may reply there in Bager’s name. Please keep it respectful; we may hide or remove spam, abusive or unlawful content.
  • How we handle the data involved is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Our content

The Bager name and logo, and the photos, videos, text and design of this site and of our social media, belong to Bager or are used with permission. You may share links to our pages and posts. Please do not copy, sell or reuse our content, or present our projects as someone else’s work, without our written permission.

Acceptable use

  • Do not use the site for anything unlawful, misleading or harmful.
  • Do not send spam or false information through our forms.
  • Do not try to break, overload, scrape or get unauthorized access to the site, Studio Desk or our accounts.

Links to other sites

Our site links to other services, such as review sites, financing and social media. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimers and limits

We work to keep this site accurate and available, but it is provided “as is” and may occasionally contain errors or be unavailable. To the extent the law allows, Bager is not liable for indirect or consequential damages that come from using the site or relying on its general information. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law, and your project is covered by the terms of your signed agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute about the site will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas, unless a signed agreement between you and Bager says otherwise.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date above.
