Privacy Policy

Bager LLC (“Bager”, “we”, “us”) is a residential design and build studio in Houston, Texas. This policy explains what personal information we collect through bager.us, our internal project platform (Studio Desk) and the social media tools we connect to it, how we use that information, and the choices you have. We keep it short and plain, the same way we run our projects.

Information we collect

When you request a consultation. Our contact form asks for your name, email address, message and, if you choose, your phone number, the service you are interested in and your city. We also record which page you sent the form from.

When you register as a trade partner. Our trade partner registration asks for business and contact details and the documents needed to work with us — for example your certificate of formation, IRS EIN letter, insurance certificate, trade licenses, a photo ID for each owner and your signature on our subcontractor agreement.

Automatically. Like most websites, our servers receive technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. To prevent spam, we convert your IP address into a one-way code before storing it with a form submission; we do not store the raw address. If site analytics are enabled, Google Analytics may set cookies to measure visits in aggregate.

When you call, text or email us. We keep the information you share with us so we can respond and, if we work together, deliver your project.

How we use it

  • To reply to your request, schedule consultations and prepare proposals.
  • To deliver, manage and warranty projects we are hired for.
  • To review, onboard and pay trade partners.
  • To keep the site secure, prevent spam and fix problems.
  • To understand, in aggregate, how the site is used so we can improve it.
  • To meet legal, tax, licensing and insurance obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run the studio, such as:

  • Website hosting and database providers that store form submissions securely.
  • An email delivery provider that sends form notifications and confirmations.
  • Google (fonts and, if enabled, Google Analytics) when you load our pages.
  • Our own project platform, Studio Desk, where trade partner registrations and project records are managed.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or safety, or as part of a sale or reorganization of the business. Links to outside services — for example Synchrony financing, review sites or our social profiles — are governed by those companies’ own privacy policies.

Social media and Pinterest integration

Studio Desk connects to Bager’s own business accounts on social platforms, including Pinterest, using each platform’s official API and only with our authorization. Through the Pinterest integration we create and schedule Pins on Bager’s boards and read the performance reports for Bager’s own account.

  • We access only Bager’s own Pinterest account and boards.
  • We do not collect, store or process personal information about other Pinterest users.
  • Access tokens are stored securely on our servers and are never shared, sold or used for advertising profiles.
  • We use Pinterest data only to publish our own content and measure its results, in line with Pinterest’s Developer Guidelines. We can revoke access at any time from our Pinterest account settings, and we delete stored tokens when an integration is removed.

How long we keep it

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above — for example for the life of a project and its warranty — or as long as the law, tax rules or our insurance require. When it is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous.

How we protect it

Form submissions travel over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Stored records are protected by access rules so that only authorized Bager staff can read them. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and limit who can see it.

Your choices

  • You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you.
  • You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.
  • You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.

Children

Our services are for homeowners and businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date above.
